      Had problems binding to my DX6i DSMX transmitter but after watch this video (www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wv-6i1Vsop4) and soldering the unsoldered joints I found it easy to bind and works with no problems. Reccon need to do a bit of quality control before allowing these devices to leave the factory.
      I've attached a photo to show the unsoldered joints.

      I bought it because it is full range. Quality is amazing but it does not perform that good. Range is excellent, however it binds slow and in signal loss it takes about 7 seconds to re-bind (you definitely will lose a model in this time). Additionally , there is no "alarm" indicator as on other cheap AR6100 receivers , so you will never know if something gone wrong. Average value for the price. You can have original dsm2 receivers with additional $3 or other receivers from Banggood with $3.5 total when no full range is needed.
