Windows Ground station : https://github.com/TalusL/fpv-wfb , https://github.com/OpenIPC/fpv4win

How to do?

- Copy the key file(gs.key) to the installation directory of the ground station.

- Double click to open the fpv4win program;

- Select the correct Adapter(usually RTL8812AU), Channel (161 defaults, this Adapter only works in the 5.8GHz, and the available channels rangefrom 36 to 177), and Codec(H265 defaults, with high compression and low latency),

- Click START to use it.

Android App(FPVue or PixelPilot): https://github.com/gehee/FPVue_android/releases https://github.com/OpenIPC/PixelPilot/releases/tag/latest

How to do ?

- First, install the app and then save the key file(gs.key) to your phone.

- Open FPVue, find WFB-NG settings in the upper left corner settings menu;

- Click gs.key, popp up the file manager, and find the previously saved key file

- Then sett the Channel ((161 defaults, this Adapter only works in the 5.8GHz, and the available channels rangefrom 36 to 177 and Codec (H265defaults, with high compression and low latency),

- And then plug in the Receive Adapter (or network Adapter).

- The APP will prompt the current channel being used, and then it can be used normally

Ground stations

Ground stations can also use SBC such as Raspberry Pi, Radxa zero3w, Orange Pi 5, etc., all of which have HDMII interfaces, so FPV goggles and VRgoggles can be used as displays, and the transmission delay can be better than that of mobilephones.

Radxa zero3w is recommend for cost-effectiveness considerations

Ground station installation and configuration : https://github.com/OpenIPC/sbc-groundstations/releases/tag/zero3w-v1.5.0

In addition to using the OpenIPC firmware, this VTX can also flash the Rubyfpv firmware, which is richer in settings and functions than OpenIPC, but currently has slightly higher latency.

Ground station is also recommended to use Radxa zero3w, firmware download: https://rubyfpv.com/downloads.php

      Q: I am still confused about the camera wiring. The connection between camera and transmitter has 4 wires. Is it USB? I am asking because the other OpenIPC FPV systems use MIPI Cable (similar to Runcam, DJI, and others). Thanks for answering.
      A:
      The adapter is a USB-C interface. The camera is digital. The cable of the camera is different from other OpenIPC because the cable of this one is hidden inside the camera. Currently, there is no unified standard for openipc cables.Thank you for your support to Banggood.

      Q: Does anyone know if up to ten drones can fly simultaneously on a racetrack using the same system without the pilots experiencing image interference in the transmissions?
      A:
      Thank you for your support to Banggood. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

      Q: Is it possible to switch down the mW because 800 mW is not allowed here in Germany? Allowed are up to 25 mW. Or does anyone know the same system but with less mW?
      A:
      The power can be modified by yourself. There is a configuration software that can lower the power. The configuration software can be downloaded from this link: *****

      Q: can I purchase an image sensor separately? I got an imx415 and would like to swap the sensors board to imx335. Are boards compatible? if not, could you please specify the b2b connector model and pinout for it so I could make an adapter for sensors from openipc
      A:
      The imx415 and imx335 sensor circuit boards of this product are compatible, but if he replaces it with another manufacturer's, it will not be compatible, which will be very troublesome.

      Q: Can I record the image on a memory card directly in the transmitter?
      A:
      Sorry for the inconvenience. The card recording is not supported yet. If card recording is added, the picture will be stuck.

      Q: what is the estimated transmission range? without signal disruption :)
      A:
      Thank you for your asking. The default configuration is three to five kilometers. If you want a long distance, you need to change to a better directional antenna. Hope you have a good day.
